What is a swiss ball leg curl?

A lying leg curl that pulls a stability ball toward you with your heels while your hips stay lifted.

How do you perform a swiss ball leg curl?

Set up

  1. Lie on your back with your heels on a stability ball and arms on the floor.
  2. Lift your hips so your shoulders, hips and heels form a long line.

Execution

  1. Bend your knees to roll the ball toward you while keeping your hips raised.
  2. Keep the ball centred and stop before you lose control.
  3. Roll the ball away to straighten your legs without dropping your hips.

  • Letting the hips collapse
