What is bodyweight multiplier?

The bodyweight multiplier is the percentage of body weight that should be used in volume calculations. For example, when doing push-ups, the lifted weight corresponds to approximately 70% of your body weight. If you set the bodyweight multiplier slider to 70% that would mean that if you weigh 100kg and do 10 push-ups, the calculated volume would be 100kg x 10 reps x 70% = 700kg

The bodyweight factor for built-in exercises gets default values, but you may override them in exercise settings. Want to reset to the defaults? Simply click reset and volume calculations will revert to default.
